 Welcome to festival 2009. Can you believe this is our community's 40th festival of the arts? We are very excited about the upcoming year and look forward to sharing our plans with you. While we are busy preparing for festival 2009, we want to thank our volunteers for all the hours they've already put in and their shared commitment and vision for making festival 2009 one of the best yet! This year we are Celebrating 40 festivals of the arts in the Heart of Grand Rapids. This will be our chance to take a look back at 40 amazing years, enhance our commitment to the environment with additional recycling efforts and embrace West Michigan's dedicated spirit of volunteerism.
